Swimming pool, pool terrace and sunbathing area Villa Planos has a really attractive outside space with mature trees and plants creating an air of privacy. As you enter Villa Planos, the private pool is to one side and a spacious lawn area to the other. There are also 2 poolside covered terraces with tables and chairs, perfect for dining. One is at the front of the house where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the other tucked is around the corner, along with the brick BBQ.

Entrance

Villa Planos is gated from the street and has parking for 2 hire cars within the grounds. A few steps from the pool terrace takes you to the raised covered terrace and front door.

Living space

The lounge, dining area and kitchen are combined into one open plan living space, with a feature fireplace, 2 sofas, a flat screen TV as well as a table and chairs. The kitchen is at the far end of the room with all the mod cons required to cook up a tasty feast. Doors at either end provide access to the poolside covered terrace and a further shaded terrace at the rear.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Planos has 2 bedrooms - one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom. There is also a further separate shower room. Both rooms are spacious and traditionally furnished with plenty of storage space.
